1. Who we are
Pivotium Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, company number 15612152, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We make tutorial videos of software products. "You" means the business that asks us for videos.
2. Free videos
- Each company website can have one free set of three videos.
- You may use free videos anywhere, as they are, free of charge.
- Free videos open with our short intro and carry a small pivotium.co.uk mark in the corner. Please keep both; do not crop, cover or edit them out.
3. Paid videos
- Paid videos are delivered clean, with no intro and no mark.
- Once paid for, they are fully yours: you may use, edit and publish them however you like.
- Each video includes one round of changes, asked for from your dashboard.
4. Our gallery
We show your videos in the public gallery on pivotium.co.uk only if you tick "You may show this". You can untick it at any time in your dashboard, and we will take them down.
5. Logins to your product
- Please give us a demo account with demo data, never your own admin login or any account holding real customer data.
- We use the login only to film your videos, and we delete it from our records when the job closes.
- If we see anything that looks like real personal or customer data on screen, we cover it before delivery.
- If you let us sign up for your free trial, we use that account only to film your videos.
6. Keeping and deleting videos
- Free videos are deleted from your dashboard 30 days after delivery.
- Paid videos are deleted after 90 days in which nobody from your business has signed in.
- We email you a week before anything is deleted, so you have time to download it.
7. Timing
We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days of your request. If something stops us filming, such as a login that does not work, we will tell you and the clock restarts when it is fixed.
8. Payment
- Paid videos are $49 each, or $399 for ten. Payment is due before paid videos are delivered.
- Once a paid video is delivered and you have approved it, there are no refunds.
9. Liability
Our total liability to you for any videos is limited to the amount you paid us for them. For free videos, that is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
