The short version
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking or advertising scripts. It has no forms and no accounts. The fonts, images and scripts it uses are served from this site, not from third parties.
Who we are
This site is run by Pivotium Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15612152, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Pivotium Ltd is the controller of any personal data described here. You can reach us at appdevelopers@pivotium.co.uk.
Your colour-mode choice
If you use the light or dark mode switch, your choice is saved in your own browser so the next page opens the same way. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. Without it, the site simply follows your device setting.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Like any web server, it processes your IP address and basic request details, such as the page requested and your browser type, in order to deliver the pages and keep the service secure. We do not use this information to identify you.
Embedded videos
The ClockIn Master videos on the home page do not load anything from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video is loaded from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com, and from then on YouTube (Google) may set cookies or use similar storage and collect information as described in Google’s privacy policy.
When you email us
If you email us, for example to ask for a free sample video, we use your name, email address and message to reply and to deal with your enquiry. We rely on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed for that purpose and, if it leads to work, for our business records. We do not sell or share it for marketing.
Links to other sites
Links to the App Store, Google Play, YouTube, Companies House and our product sites take you to services with their own privacy policies.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to appdevelopers@pivotium.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
